Abstract Works – ArtPrint & Mixed Media by Peter Stoltze

A non-figurative, sculptural approach forms the basis for this series of works, where layered compositions of lines, shapes, and surfaces meet in a poetic microcosm. The starting point is hand-drawn sketches, where elements are cut out of paper and transparent foils and photographed at multiple levels – often with deliberate off-focus. The result is printed as a high-end 11-color giclée on Fabriano paper.

Thereafter, analog layers are added to the works using various media and techniques – including hand-applied ultra-deep black, transparent acrylic, and leaf metal in 24 and 16 carat gold, respectively.

Limited Edition

The works are released in a limited edition of 90 copies, each numbered and signed. Format: 50 × 70 cm.

Solid Oak Frames – Crafted with Care
The series can be supplied framed in solid oak frames, manufactured in Denmark. Choose from three variants: untreated oak, oiled oak with a mahogany-transparent finish, or oiled oak with a black transparent look. The frames are carefully oiled by hand in our studio-store.
